Instant Recess

The Instant Recess project represents a unique fusion of popular culture and science to promote physical fitness and sound nutritional practices. Utilizing information technology advances, mass media, and fueled by the commitment and credibility of professional athletes, the goal of Instant Recess is to help youth in elementary and middle schools build healthy lifestyles into their daily lives.

Instant Recess features Atlanta Falcons’ Allen Rossum, Jason Kidd (New Jersey Nets), Emeka Okafor (Charlotte Bobcats), Lamar Odom and Kwame Brown (LA Lakers).
